Postgraduate Studies
Hi Everyone!
Well, as you know i'm a Filmmaking student I am in the fourth year right now so I have to start thinking in what i'm gonna to do when i'll finally end the career.
I actually want to keep studying and I have the doubt between three different masters, the first one is to study Documentary Film in the University of Scotland, they have a very interesting MA programme that allows the student to work and study at the same time. The second one is a MA Directing in Barcelona, Spain. The last few years I've been interested in the directing part and I would like to find the best way to put my ideas in a screen, and finally the third option that i have in my mind is a MA In Cinematography this is because i find very important that every person that would like to make films they have to know about how they want to see the movie, this is one of the most difficult parts of de the filmmaking process, where you have to put the camera and what shot you have to take is a very difficult task because on that depends the life of your movie.
So,for now I will apply to the three master courses but my first option till now is the MA in Documentary Film in Scotland, it’s funny when I started to study Filmmaking and knew that in the second year of the career I will have to study one whole year just Documentary stuff i found very very boring and when I started that year I thought that all is going to be about like Nat Geo or History Channel Documentaries but it was the contrary a whole world opened to me and the way I fell in love with the Documentary it was amazing, the other reasons is that I would like to learn English in a way that I’ll feel it more naturally and why that specific University is because they are recognized as one of the best school to study Documentary Films because they have a lot o people that do Documentaries around the world as teachers and thats is very interesting to me.
Documentary it's the most beautiful part of the cine <3
